Terms of service — The Cube Floor
The agreement between The Cube Floor and the people who use the network. What the service is: a network of contributed machines, work matched to them, and every result independently checked. What may not be sent, which is stricter than a service on its own servers because the hardware belongs to other people: nothing unlawful, no malware or sandbox escape, no attempt to identify a contributor, no attack on the network and no deliberate flooding. Customers keep every right in what they send and in the results. Contributors must own or be permitted to volunteer the machine, decide when it is available, are paid for verified work, and accept that the agent can be signed-updated, restarted and shut down remotely, which is the only way an appliance with no console can be maintained. Withdrawals are verified and processed one at a time. Storage is working space swept on a schedule. No availability guarantee, limited liability, and the terms are read under the law of Morocco.
