Privacy — what we hold, and for how long
What The Cube Floor stores and for how long. An account holds an e-mail address, an optional display name, a password hash, a country and a role. One cookie, cube_session, keeps a visitor signed in; there is no analytics script, advertising pixel or third-party cookie on the site. Visit records hold an address, country, path, referrer and user-agent, and that detail is deleted after ninety days, leaving only an anonymous daily count per country. A connected Google Drive is asked for a single scope, drive.file, which reaches only the files a customer picks or the application created; file contents go between the browser and Google directly and never through the website, and use of Google user data follows the Limited Use requirements. Files held by the network instead are deleted ten days after they are written, or two days after a result is downloaded.
